A HOLISTIC CENTRE FOR BIRTH, SWIMMING, FITNESS AND THERAPY FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN.
Inspire Mum & Baby also houses Singapore’s first WATSU® practitioner, and is one of the few pioneers in Singapore for infant swimming from as young as 2 months old.
Coming from diverse backgrounds but united in their love for water and teaching, our highly qualified instructors adopt a child-led, learning-through-play philosophy in their swim classes and tailors class program to each individual.
A fitness enthusiast with multiple qualifications and over 14 years of experience under her belt, Linda started off providing fitness and therapy services for prenatal and postnatal mothers, then transitioning to open her own Centre to expand her services. Since then, she has assisted thousands of prenatal mothers through their pregnancy, easing their discomforts through therapy (both land and aqua) and prenatal exercises. She also focuses on women’s fitness and wellness, conducting personal training programs for women as well as various fitness and therapy classes catered to women from all stages of life.
Realising the disconnection between before-birth and after-birth services, Linda also attained her Birth and Postpartum Doula qualifications and committed herself to be the bridge of communication and support for soon-to-be parents, providing a full range of services for them. She is also a certified HypnoBirthing® ChildBirth Educator affiliated with the HypnoBirthing® Institute, as well as Singapore’s first WATSU® Practitioner, certified by Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association (WABA).
Aside from birth and women’s fitness services, Linda is also a certified STA (Swimming Teachers’ Association Limited) Tutor, conducting training for aspiring swimming instructors and teaching thousands of children from as young as 2 months old to swim. She also has a certification in teaching children with special needs, and conducts swimming, water confidence and aqua therapy sessions for them.
Linda has appeared on various national television programs, speaking on the subject of pregnancy and movements. She was also interviewed by national newspapers including The Straits Times and Lianhe Zaobao, as well as parenting magazines on health and wellness, and baby swimming. She also conducts seminars and workshops with hospitals, corporate organisations, MCYS and more, and has been invited to speak for numerous pregnancy-related events.

A Yogi for almost a decade, Natalie’s journey with Ashtanga Yoga began while she was still working in the corporate world. What started out as a workout turned into a lifestyle, it ultimately prompted her to enrol in the renowned Tirisula Yoga’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course, accredited by the International Yoga Alliance to study the philosophy, physiology and anatomy of yoga. She graduated with a Diploma and went on to achieve her certification to teach Yoga to kids and families. In October 2015, she completed the Pregnancy, Birth and Baby Yoga Training, obtaining her certification to teach Pre/Postnatal Yoga to soon-to-be and new mothers. A Wheel Yoga certification, Myofascial Release, and Yin Yoga certification were also added to her achievements soon after.

She has worked closely with individuals of different body types, providing her with a deeper understanding of posture and alignment adjustments and of physical limitations and individual pace.
