POSTNATAL PILATES
Postnatal Pilates consists of muscle strengthening exercises that are especially good for a postpartum body as it works the muscles affected by pregnancy. The class includes exercises that enable joints and muscles to return to their pre-pregnancy condition and reduce the effects of Diastasis Recti. The focus remains on core muscles, lower back muscles and pelvic floor muscles. The exercises will help to repair and restore your body from the rigors of birth, while encouraging the tightening of your abdominal muscles again.

POSTNATAL YOGA
Postnatal Yoga helps to speed up the body’s recovery process by strengthening the pelvic floor and core muscles, and repositioning the uterus back into place. The deep breathing exercises and deep stretches also help to rebuild your endurance level, and facilitate a balanced production of hormones by improving glands function. Aside from physical rehabilitation, Postnatal Yoga also rejuvenates your mind and spirit, bringing a balance to your emotional state and reducing stress and the risk of postnatal depression.

AQUA YOGA
Inspired by Yoga and modern dance, Aqua Yoga is a relaxing stretch and movement class held in heated water. The class consists of a series of movements that tone the muscles and relax your body at the same time, while placing emphasis on the connection between rhythm and movement. With its gentle, flowing movements, this class is especially suitable for postnatal moms who experience physical tension and require a gentle approach to fitness, or those who are looking for a workout that is easy on the joints. Both swimmers and non-swimmers are welcome.

The first few days after birth can be overwhelming, especially if you are a first-time parent. Our Postpartum Doula will help to ease you and your partner’s transition into parenthood, help you to find your footing in the new parenthood world. We provide expert guidance and support in practical aspects such as breastfeeding and newborn care tips, and psychological aspects such as ensuring that you and your partner are emotionally balanced and healthy as you embark on this new journey together. We will also provide expert postnatal care, to nourish your body and set you on the right recovery path.

POSTNATAL SUPPORT PACKAGE
An all-in-one support package to address your postnatal needs, our Postnatal Support Package includes 10 sessions of postnatal classes, as well as Postpartum Doula services. You will be able to attend postnatal fitness classes that will help to facilitate your body’s recovery process, and receive expert guidance and support in newborn care from our Postpartum Doula, as well as personalised postpartum recovery sessions.

These exercises target the rectus abdominis muscles, healing the connective tissue (Linea Alba) between them and re-tightening the muscles back to its original state. Aside from resolving Diastasis Recti, other benefits of this therapy include postural alignment and lower risk of pelvic disorder

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
A gentle massage and movement therapy, Myofascial release can help to address motion and pain issues. It targets the Fascia which is a type of connective tissue with nerves that wraps around to protect the structures within our body. By focusing on this tissue, it can decrease muscle tension, spasticity and chronic pain, while improving your blood circulation and postural alignment.
