This postnatal class focuses on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and gently reactivating pelvic floor muscles, all within a calming and supportive environment. With your baby resting beside you or joining in selected movements, every session becomes a moment of healing, bonding, and mindful movement.
Led by experienced women’s health instructors, each class incorporates breathwork, functional Pilates exercises, and core rehabilitation techniques to help you restore balance, stability, and confidence in your body.

What is Mum & Baby Pilates?
Mum & Baby Pilates is a restorative movement class designed for postnatal mothers and their babies. The class focuses on strengthening deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, correcting posture, and releasing tension in the back, shoulders, and hips, common areas of strain during early motherhood.
Unlike traditional fitness classes, this session integrates your baby into the flow, allowing you to engage with your little one while also taking care of your own healing and strength. The atmosphere is warm, flexible, and welcoming to all fitness levels.

Our Mum & Baby Pilates Class

Babies are lovingly included through bonding activities that incorporate touch, rhythm, and presence. The environment is supportive and baby-friendly—fussing, feeding, or cuddling is always welcome. Modifications are provided throughout to ensure safety, comfort, and gradual progression, especially for mothers healing from diastasis recti, C-section recovery, or general postnatal fatigue.
