You’ll use a ballet barre along with light weights and resistance bands for added intensity. The class structure includes a warm-up, targeted muscle group exercises, core work, and a series of flexibility stretches to cool down.

Teacher Natalie is a seasoned Yoga Instructor with over 12 years of experience, specializing in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. Her journey into the world of yoga began nearly a decade ago while she was still immersed in the corporate world. What initially started as a form of physical exercise quickly transformed into a way of life, leading her to pursue a deeper understanding of yoga through a Yoga Teacher Training Course accredited by the International Yoga Alliance. Natalie graduated with a Diploma, marking the beginning of her professional yoga teaching career.
