How often should I attend prenatal classes?
The frequency of attending prenatal classes in Singapore depends on individual needs and preferences. In general, it is recommended to participate in exercise classes at least twice a week, especially during the second and third trimesters. This can help maintain strength and flexibility, alleviate pregnancy discomforts, and prepare the body and mind for childbirth.
Nevertheless, some expectant mothers may prefer to attend more or fewer classes based on their schedule and overall health. Listening to your body and communicating with your healthcare provider and instructor about your needs and limitations is essential.
Can I attend classes if I have never done yoga or Pilates before?
Absolutely! Our Prenatal Pilates classes in Singapore are beginner-friendly and tailored for all fitness levels — even if it’s your first time doing yoga or Pilates. Our experienced instructors will guide you safely through each movement, offering modifications to ensure you feel supported and confident.
As with any new activity, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting. Do inform your instructor of any medical conditions or concerns, so the session can be adjusted to your needs. Most importantly, listen to your body and move at your own pace.
