– Your group pass gives you the flexibility to join any of our prenatal classes, including Prenatal Yoga, Prenatal Pilates, Prenatal Barre, and Aqua Pregnancy (subject to class availability).
– Private Sessions are perfect for prenatal or postpartum mums who need customised guidance – focused on core strength, alignment, and pain relief.
– Trial is for one class type only and is non-transferable.
– Planning a private session for two or more? Contact us to customise your booking.
– For in-home private session, house call fees apply. Bookings with our Head Coach are subject to separate premium rates.
– One Time registration fee of $55 applies for drop in, passes, term and private bookings.

Non-slip socks are compulsory for hygiene and safety. These can be purchased from our reception before class.

NEW STUDENT: To purchase passes, create an account at our Customer Portal. Go to “Inspire Shop”, click “Passes”, Select the pass you are keen to purchase, Select the “Student” to enrol, add to Cart. Go back to “Inspire Shop”, go to “Passes”, select “One time Registration Fee”, add to cart, Proceed with payment.
Once payment is done, go to “My Account”. Click the Student’s Name. Look for “Passes”. Click and select the type of program, date and time and “Punch In”.
