Registration Fee

No registration fee is required for the first trial session. A one-time registration fee of $50 (exclude tax) is applicable upon signing up for a package or drop-in session after the trial.

Trial DR Therapy Session

• Please arrive at the centre at least 10 minutes before your session to ensure a smooth start.
• It is highly recommended to seek your doctor’s consent postpartum before attending the sessions.
• If you have any medical or special conditions, kindly inform us prior to the therapy.
• Should you experience any discomfort during the session, please notify the therapist immediately.
• Medisculpt Therapy: Participants must not have any metallic or electronic implants (e.g., pacemakers, defibrillators, metallic IUDs, etc.). Additionally, no mobile phones or electronic devices should be used during the treatment.
• Corrective Exercise Session : Please wear comfortable attire and anti-slip socks for safety and effectiveness.
• Postpartum Timing:
  • C-section: Sessions can be scheduled 6 months after birth.
  • Natural birth: Sessions can be booked after your menses ends.
• Late Arrival: Please note that session durations may be shortened if you arrive late, as we need to accommodate the next scheduled appointment.

Bookings & Cancellations

• All packages and services are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Same-day cancellations are strictly not allowed —missed sessions will be forfeited.

Home Visits – Private Classes, Workshops & Therapy Sessions

• A transportation fee applies for sessions conducted outside of Inspire Mum & Baby premises.
