REGISTRATION FEE

No registration fee is required for the first trial session. A one-time registration fee of $50 (exclude tax) is applicable upon signing up for a package or drop-in session after the trial.

TRIAL THERAPY SESSION

• Participants are advised to arrive at the studio at least 10mins before the session.
• You are encouraged to seek consent from your doctor (especially for pregnancy) before taking any classes. If you have any special/medical conditions, you are required to notify us before the class. All medical conditions are to be stated prior to the class. In any event of discomfort, inform the instructor immediately.

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

• Packages/ services booked are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Same-day cancellations are strictly not allowed; the session will be forfeited and considered as utilized.

DIAPER POLICY FOR BABY & KIDS AQUA THERAPY/ WATSU

• All young children under the age of 4 years old are required to wear a disposable swim diaper and a reusable swim diaper.
• 2 layers of diapers is compulsory to prevent any leakage in the pool.
• In the event of a leakage, there will be a surcharge of $800.

HOME VISIT – PRIVATE CLASSES/ WORKSHOPS/THERAPY SESSION POLICY
