Watsu® For Women

There is often nothing more relaxing than a good dip in calming waters, and this WATSU® therapy session aimed to help women with mental and physical stresses through a series of stretches, twists and massages in the water for deep relaxation.

Myofascial Release

Our Myofascial therapists are no strangers to the wonders of fascial release massages, and this specific session uses the same tissue release massage to target pain point for women undergoing stress, female body aches, or menopause.

A gentle massage and movement therapy, Myofascial Release can help to address motion and pain issues. It targets the Fascia which is a type of connective tissue with nerves that wraps around to protect the structures within our body.

By focusing on this tissue, it can decrease muscle tension, spasticity and chronic pain, while improving your blood circulation and postural alignment, allowing you lesser restrictions to mobility. Myofascial Release is suitable for women who are experiencing stress, aches or fatigue or undergoing menopause.

FAQs

Can I mix and match the classes with my package?
Yes, the package allows you to go for Pilates, Stretch & Strengthen Yoga, Aqua Yoga and Cardiolates class.
I still have balance sessions and I’m unable to finish the package before the expiry, am I able to get an extension?
No, all packages are non-extendable. Please finish all sessions BEFORE the expiry. Any sessions not utilized by the package expiry would be forfeited.
What do I need to bring for class?
● For land classes, bring your non-slip socks (compulsory), water bottle and a sweat towel.
● For aqua classes (Aqua Yoga): bring your swimwear, toiletries and towels.
I'm going on holiday, am I able to pause my package?
No, all packages are non-extendable. Any sessions not utilized by the package expiry would be forfeited.
Can I change the date and timing for my trial class?
Yes, do contact us to arrange for a new time slot at least 1 day in advance. Do note that trial class has to be utilised within a month.
How many make up tokens am I eligible for?
Adult packages are not eligible for make up tokens. Do contact us at least 1 day in advance should you want to reschedule your booking. Same day cancellations or no-show would be considered as pass utilized.
What if the teacher is absent?
If the teacher is on leave or sick, Inspire will have a relief teacher as replacement for the class. In the event that there’s no replacement teacher, the class will be cancelled.
I don’t have anybody to look after my child, can I bring my child along to class?
Yes you can! Do bring along some books and toys to keep your child occupied and your child can sit beside you while you work out.
What should I wear for class?
● For land classes, you’re advised to wear tights and comfortable workout clothes to facilitate movement in class. Non-slip socks to be worn during the whole duration of the class.
● For Aqua classes (Aqua Yoga), please come over for class in normal swimming attire.
Is there a minimum number of pax for classes?
Yes, we require a minimum of 2 students for the class to go ahead. In the unlikely event where we do not have sufficient bookings, the class will be cancelled.
I'm unable to make it for a class, how do I reschedule?
Do contact us at least 1 day in advance to reschedule your booking. Do note that same day cancellations or no-show would be considered as session utilized, unless MC provided.
