Do you have certified lactation consultants on staff?
While we do not have lactation consultants, our postpartum doulas are trained to assist with breastfeeding positions and methods, as well as milk supply management and breastmilk storage.
What facilities are available for mothers and babies at your centre?
Our facility is thoughtfully designed for families, featuring an indoor heated pool, baby weighing scale, baby bath areas, shower rooms with baby seats, hairdryers, changing tables, a private breastfeeding room, an indoor play area, and dedicated studios for yoga, Pilates, and more.
Can I book a trial class before committing to a package?
Yes, we offer trial classes for babies, children, mums and women.

Our baby girl disliked taking baths since birth. We endured her screams during bath time and the duration of her baths were very short. My husband and I were unsure and a bit hesitant to go for the birthing movement workshop as we thought it would be a repeat of the antenatal class which we had already completed. The antenatal class is more about theory whereas the birthing movement class is about getting your body physically ready for labour and going through the positions to help your labour. There’s something from my preschool days I can never forget.
I couldn’t express it then… but I remembered it didn’t feel good.
Reading the recent news about what happened in a preschool brought that memory back — and reminded me why I built Inspire Mum & Baby the way I did.
In the water, no one really knows where the hands are placed. That’s why I made one promise — all our swim coaches are female.
Not because male coaches aren’t good (many are amazing in Singapore), but because I can’t take that chance.
Even within our team, I teach every coach what a respectful touch means.
Some scars stay forever. My mission is to make sure no child ever has to carry the same one. 💛
