No, we don’t have a parking space here at our Centre. Nearest parking spaces can be found at the carpark beside Caltex (5 minutes walk away), or in the private housing estate along Swanage road (just behind our Centre).
We’re closed on all gazetted public holidays, as well as Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
Adult packages are not eligible for make up tokens. For every swim term of 10 – 12 classes, the child is eligible for 4 make up tokens, and all make up tokens are to be utilized within the term itself.
No photo- or video-taking is allowed during the class. However, our team will be taking some photos/videos and will share them with you afterwards.
Yes, do contact us to arrange for a new time slot. Do note that trial class has to be utilised within a month.
It is recommended to stick to same timeslot every week but you can also go for other timeslots subjected to availability. Let us know in advance if you want to change dates so we can check the slots for you. Alternatively, you can opt for the punchpass option for 5 swim sessions which allows you the flexibility of booking into different classes.
We do not allow same day cancellations/no-show would be considered session utilized. To be eligible for make up tokens, the centre would have to be informed at least one day in advance.

  • For swimming classes, do bring your swimwear, towels and toiletries, and a change of clothes if needed. Please ensure that all young children have 2 layers of diapers (disposable and reusable).
  • For land classes, bring your non-slip socks (compulsory), water bottle and a sweat towel.
  • For aqua classes (aqua pregnancy, aqua flow): bring your swimwear, toiletries and towels.

Yes, you can use your own diapers if you have them. Do ensure that the disposable diapers are the ones that are made for swimming, or else it will become heavy and uncomfortable for your child.
You can join our prenatal classes once you’re 12 weeks and beyond.
If your baby arrives before you can finish your package, we will extend your package by 3 months and you will be able to convert a number of credits for swimming classes for your infant.
You can join our postnatal classes once you’re 8 weeks past your delivery date.
No, all packages are non-extendable. Any sessions not utilized by the end of the term would be forfeited.
We have classes for infants from 2 months onwards.
Unfortunately, due to the pandemic circumstances, we have imposed a 1-adult-per-child regulation. Therefore, only one parent/caregiver is allowed in the centre per child. We understand that it might be hard for one parent to handle the child alone sometimes, so feel free to ask any of our friendly staff for a helping hand! Otherwise, the other adult can wait outside our centre and you can swap over with them if needed.
The child is automatically renewed and charged for the next term 2 weeks before the current term ends. Please inform us in advance if you intend to change classes or take a break from swim classes for the next term.
A swim term consists of 10-12 classes, depending on the calendar month. Classes will be booked consecutively on a weekly basis at the same day and time. Fees will be prorated for the remaining classes left for the term should a student join in mid term. Fees will also be prorated should classes fall on a public holiday.
Swim certifications are not given automatically at the end of the term. In-house assessments can be arranged at $30 for internal students and $40 for external students and certifications issued would be under STA International.
