Aqua Tub
(0-3 Months)
As your infant’s very first swimming session, an Aqua Tub session gently introduces your infant to water, letting them get familiar with the sensation of being in the water and encouraging them to relax fully. Guided session is organized and facilitated in the bathtub, at your location.Useful for preemies, special needs, and distressed babies.

Aqua Babies
(6-12 Months)
Aqua Babies help your babies gain independence gliding underwater through safe exploration in our play-based and child-based approach with parents. Encouraging underwater confidence through toys and props to pique your baby’s curiosity, taking small steps towards independence in the water.

Aqua Big Tots
(2-3y)
Lightly supported by parents, these older toddlers will explore their buoyancy in the water with song and games, aiming to swim longer stretches as their water competence grows. Parents will begin to withdraw to a more supervisory role and Level 3 swimmers can take water survival tests as well.

STA International
Swimming Certification
STA International Learn to Swim Programme is a swimming award certification for children from 6 months old onwards. STA Learn to Swim Certification is an incentive-based swimming skills scheme which has taught millions of children worldwide. Inspire Mum & Baby is part of the STA International training provider providing training for aspiring new teachers to be swim coaches and also children who want to be go through the STA certification based on their level of competency.

Aqua Touch
For infants between 2-5 months old, Aqua Touch is an introductory session into water comfort though parent-led massages and flowing movements in the water. Benefits include improved sleep cycles and motorskills from a multisensory relaxing experience.

Kids Yoga
As kids grow up in our technological era, Yoga is an immersive way to reconnect them with their body awareness and centre their emotions though mind, body and spirit. Classes will include yoga flows, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.

Watsu® For Babies

WATSU® for babies is a form of aqua therapy consisting of gentle stretches and massages in heated water, mimicking movements in the womb for newborn babies to relax and ease away tension, allowing them to learn flexibility and movements in a comfortable environment

Suitable for parents, caregivers and helpers, this short class is designed to equip you with First-Aid and CPR skills specially tailored for young children between
1-month to 8-years old in home emergencies.

Water Safety Course
This 2-hour Water Safety Course deep dives into the concept of safe water play time for your children, while equipping caregivers with the practical knowledge and skills to create a safe environment for your children to explore the wonders of pool time.

Aqua Infant builds a strong foundation for water confidence, with many opportunities for sensory stimulation. Your infant will experience regular infant-parent water time, guiding them to smoothly transit to the next level, Aqua Babies.

Aqua Tots
(1-2y)
For fresh new toddlers getting into the water for the first time, Aqua Tots provides opportunities for toddlers to learn basic safety at the pool, and pick up the skills to confidently swim short distances through games with gliding, kicking and peddling. As the introductory course, reinforcing safety skills remains the top priority.

Aqua Kids
(4-7y)
Aqua Kids reinforces the basic needs of young swimmers, focusing on their basic skills like breathing, floatation and gliding before working on the different swimming strokes available. By the end of Aqua Kids Level 4, they would have acquired all the strokes for their age group, completed the Survival Series and be eligible for the SwimSafer test and STA Certification in Singapore.

Baby Yoga
Baby Yoga combines infant massages with yoga-based movements to help babies relax while restrengthening a mother’s core. The playful stimulation will provide enhanced interaction and is suitable for babies between the ages of
3- 10 months.

Kids Pilates
Early work on pilates can improve balance and facilitate efficient body dynamic movement as kids learn strength and flexibility for their growth. The controlled movements will set a good base for good posture and joint strength for all the fun to be had in their active childhood.

Myofascial
Release
A gentle form of therapy that releases the Fascial connective tissue in joints, Myofascial release can help provide relief for children with growing or sports related pains, preemptively treating birthing and orthopaedic or movement issues.

Movement Therapy For Babies And Children
As a special form of movement therapy, it helps young babies and children to reconnect their mind-body muscle activation to help with tightness of body and restrictive movements.

FAQs
For swimming classes, do bring your swimwear, towels and toiletries, and a change of clothes if needed. Please ensure that all young children (children below 4) have 2 layers of swim diapers (disposable and reusable).
A swim term consists of 10-13 classes, depending on the calendar month. Classes will be booked consecutively on a weekly basis at the same day and time. Fees will be prorated for the remaining classes left for the term should a student join in mid term. Fees will also be prorated should classes fall on a public holiday.
We do not allow same day cancellations/no-show would be considered session utilized. To be eligible for make up tokens, the centre would have to be informed at least one day in advance or MC provided.
We have classes for infants from 2 months onwards.
For every swim term of 10 – 12 classes, the child is eligible for up to 5 make up tokens, and all make up tokens are to be utilized within the term itself. Make up tokens will be prorated depending on the classes left at the start of your term package.
The child is automatically renewed and charged for the next term 2 weeks before the current term ends. Please inform us in advance if you intend to change classes or take a break from swim classes for the next term.
It is recommended to stick to same time slot every week but you can also go for other time slots subjected to availability. Let us know in advance if you want to change dates so we can check the slots for you. Alternatively, you can opt for the 5- sessions flexi package which allows you the flexibility of booking into different classes.
Yes, do contact us to arrange for a new time slot at least 1 day in advance. Do note that trial class has to be utilised within a month.
No, all packages are non-extendable. Any sessions not utilized by the end of the term would be forfeited.
Skills achievement awards will be automatically reflected in your child's account for your reference. If you wish to apply for the test, STA International Learn to Swim assessment can be arranged by our STA examiners at $25 for internal students and $35 for external students. Certifications issued would be under STA International.
If the teacher is on leave or sick, Inspire will have a relief teacher as replacement for the class. In the event that there's no replacement teacher, the class will be cancelled.
Due to limited space available for group classes, only 1 parent is allowed to be in the water with the child. The other parent can sit by the poolside to observe the class. For private 1-1 classes, both parents are able to accompany the child in the water throughout duration of the class
Yes. As swimming engages multiple muscle groups and holding of breathe, the child might not be able to communicate their need to go to the bathroom in time.
You’re advised to turn up 5-10mins in advance to get the child changed and ready for class.
Please feed the baby at least 30 - 45mins before class. We have a breastfeeding room here and mummies are welcome to breastfeed the child after class.
Parents can enter the pool with normal swimwear attire or dri-fit material clothing. Please refrain from wearing cotton clothing into the pool.
We do have dedicated teachers for all classes, but teachers are subjected to change by Inspire . If you’d like to have the same teacher throughout, do opt for our private classes instead.
