Cardiolates®

Cardiolates® gets your heart pumping and strengthens your body at the cellular level while emphasizing proper alignment. A combination of a Cardio and Pilates workout, it offers both the cardiovascular and cellular benefits of rebounding with the core strengthening and postural benefits of Pilates.

HIIT Pilates

Providing balance through short bursts of exercise followed by recovery periods, HIIT Pilates combines the best of both worlds to provide endurance and full-body strength training to tone your muscles and improve flexibility all around.

Aqua Yoga & Fitness

Enjoy a relaxing stretch in heated water as the Aqua Yoga & Fitness class bring you through flowing movements in a gentle rhythm. The class is suitable for women with physical tension and require a workout that is easy on the joints, non-swimmers are welcome.

Watsu® For Women

There is often nothing more relaxing than a good dip in calming waters, and this WATSU® therapy session aimed to help women with mental and physical stresses through a series of stretches, twists and massages in the water for deep relaxation.

Every caregiver needs to be able to care for their child and ward, and this class is specifically tailored to teach your helpers or nannies the basic swimming skills to join in with your child during water play time!

Our Myofascial therapists are no strangers to the wonders of fascial release massages, and this specific session uses the same tissue release massage to target pain point for women undergoing stress, female body aches, or menopause.

FAQs

Can I mix and match the classes with my package?
Yes, the package allows you to go for Pilates, Stretch & Strengthen Yoga, Aqua Yoga and Cardiolates class.
I still have balance sessions and I’m unable to finish the package before the expiry, am I able to get an extension?
No, all packages are non-extendable. Please finish all sessions BEFORE the expiry. Any sessions not utilized by the package expiry would be forfeited.
What do I need to bring for class?
● For land classes, bring your non-slip socks (compulsory), water bottle and a sweat towel.
● For aqua classes (Aqua Yoga): bring your swimwear, toiletries and towels.
I'm going on holiday, am I able to pause my package?
No, all packages are non-extendable. Any sessions not utilized by the package expiry would be forfeited.
Can I change the date and timing for my trial class?
Yes, do contact us to arrange for a new time slot at least 1 day in advance. Do note that trial class has to be utilised within a month.
How many make up tokens am I eligible for?
Adult packages are not eligible for make up tokens. Do contact us at least 1 day in advance should you want to reschedule your booking. Same day cancellations or no-show would be considered as pass utilized.
What if the teacher is absent?
If the teacher is on leave or sick, Inspire will have a relief teacher as replacement for the class. In the event that there’s no replacement teacher, the class will be cancelled.
I don’t have anybody to look after my child, can I bring my child along to class?
Yes you can! Do bring along some books and toys to keep your child occupied and your child can sit beside you while you work out.
What should I wear for class?
● For land classes, you’re advised to wear tights and comfortable workout clothes to facilitate movement in class. Non-slip socks to be worn during the whole duration of the class.
● For Aqua classes (Aqua Yoga), please come over for class in normal swimming attire.
Is there a minimum number of pax for classes?
Yes, we require a minimum of 2 students for the class to go ahead. In the unlikely event where we do not have sufficient bookings, the class will be cancelled.
I'm unable to make it for a class, how do I reschedule?
Do contact us at least 1 day in advance to reschedule your booking. Do note that same day cancellations or no-show would be considered as session utilized, unless MC provided.

Cardiolates

A combination of a Cardio and Pilates workout, it offers both the cardiovascular and cellular benefits of rebounding with the core strengthening and postural benefits of Pilates.

Cardiolates® gets your heart pumping and strengthens your body at the cellular level while emphasizing proper alignment. The rebounding technique used in Cardiolates® maintains the body’s proper alignment, and your deep core muscles will engage automatically as they work to keep you upright. Aqua Yoga & Fitness

Aqua Yoga & Fitness is a relaxing stretch and movement class held in heated water. The class consists of a series of movements that tone the muscles and relax your body at the same time, while placing emphasis on the connection between rhythm and movement.

With its gentle, flowing movements, this class is especially suitable for women who experience physical tension and require a gentle approach to fitness, or those who are looking for a workout that is easy on the joints.

The exercises and deep breathing help you relax and at the same time strengthen your core muscles, reshaping your figure safely. Both non-swimmers and swimmers are welcomed.

Aqua Yoga & Fitness has the following benefits:

Female Swimming Course

Swimming is a life skill, and we strongly believe that it’s never too late to learn how to swim. Through our swimming classes, you will overcome any fear of water, gain water confidence and learn to enjoy the water environment. You will also learn the basic skills for swimming, which opens up a whole new world of water activities for you to try out. This is suitable for beginners who are learning to swim. The course is taught by our female coaches

Watsu® For Women

WATSU® is a form of Aqua Therapy consisting of a series of stretches, twists and massages in the water to induce a state of deep relaxation, helping to ease away tension and discomfort while doubling as a form of pain relief. The flowing, connected movements stimulate a therapeutic effect on easing physical and psycho-emotional trauma, while releasing physical and mental stresses. 

WATSU® therapy is thus beneficial for women who are experiencing stress, chronic pain, sleep disorders, physical fatigue or other mental and physical stresses.

Stretch & Strengthen Yoga

Held in a small group class, movements and progress will be tailored to your needs, depending on your physical condition and comfort

Pilates

A Pilates workout consists of a series of low-intensity muscle strengthening exercises to build a strong core and improve posture, balance and coordination. It helps to lengthen and stretch all major muscle groups, while teaching you to gain control of your body movements through one center point, in turn sharpening your focus and concentration. Our mat-based exercises can be tailored to each individual, and hence is suitable for women from all fitness levels.

All our fitness classes are conducted by qualified instructors and are held in small groups for better focus.

Helper’s Swimming Course

Your helper is the one who constantly has a watchful eye on your child, and hence it’s crucial for her to be equipped with swimming skills too. The course will help your helper to master water confidence and equip herself with the basic skills for activities!

Gift your helper with this life skill, so she can also join in during water play time, and introduce her to a whole new world of water.

Myofascial Release for Women

A gentle massage and movement therapy, Myofascial Release can help to address motion and pain issues. It targets the Fascia which is a type of connective tissue with nerves that wraps around to protect the structures within our body.

By focusing on this tissue, it can decrease muscle tension, spasticity and chronic pain, while improving your blood circulation and postural alignment, allowing you lesser restrictions to mobility. Myofascial Release is suitable for women who are experiencing stress, aches or fatigue or undergoing menopause.
